Giacomo Bevanati is a Manchester-based wire artist working in fashion, craft and performance art. With a background in architecture and product design, Giacomo uses wire as a medium to create unique hand-woven sculptures.
work has been featured in several fashion magazines such as Metalsmith, Vogue Italy, Vogue Portugal, Schon, Esquire. Giacomo has collaborated with various fashion designers, musicians and dancers, creating pieces for Jockstrap, HMLTD, the Milan Fashion Week and London Fashion Week, at The Space theatre in London.
Giacomo’s artistic mission revolves around promoting the ritual of craftsmanship.
